Direct builder deals aren't always better, I've realized. Just bought in Pilkhuwa with Skardi Realtech via a broker. Ab soch raha hu, kya direct se better negotiation hoti? Broker ne bola tha stamp duty help karega. Are brokers worth it for Ghaziabad?

Honestly, brokers are a mixed bag. Many just want their commission. I had a terrible experience in Ahinsa Khand II where the broker quoted higher than the builder's actual price! Always cross-check. Direct negotiation can be tough, but sometimes you get genuine discounts if you push hard enough. Pilkhuwa mein Skardi ka track record kaisa hai?
Bhai, totally feel you! I almost went direct for a flat in Abhay Khand and then pulled back. Builders promise the moon but delivery is often an issue. Negotiation direct mein zyada mushkil hoti hai, they have fixed rates. Broker at least ek buffer ban jaata hai. Stamp duty help is a big plus though, saves lakhs.
