Later, jab maine ek local broker se cross-check kiya, toh pata chala ki ussi unit pe woh broker 50k ka discount de raha tha due to some bulk booking deal jo usne builder se ki thi. So, always check both channels, you never know where the better deal is hidden.

Balaji Group ki quality generally achi hoti hai, especially construction wise. Unke projects mein finishes aur amenities kaafi standard hote hain. Hidden charges ka toh har jagah darr rehta hai, but inke projects mein usually transparency maintain karte hain. Bas possession date ka thoda issue ho sakta hai, jaise mere cousin ke saath hua tha ek project mein jo 6 months delay hua tha.
