My calculated risk on Disha Park West isn't paying off like I expected, ab thoda frustrated hoon. ₹89L investment hai, completed project hai, but rental yield barely 2.5% aa raha hai. Monthly EMI cover karna bhi mushkil ho raha. Resale market bhi utna liquid nahi lag raha, capital appreciation bahut slow hai. Is it just me, ya others also feeling this pinch with completed projects like this? What's your exit strategy for such situations?

Bhai, same pinch. Maine bhi ek project mein Adigara Kallahalli area mein invest kiya tha 2019 mein, completion ke baad rental yield 3% bhi mushkil se aa raha hai. Problem ye hai ki supply bahut zyada ho gayi hai, aur rates bhi nahi badh rahe. Builders ne toh promises bahut kiye the.
