Been looking at 3BHK options for a few months now, thinking of upgrading from my current 2BHK. Divyansh Pratham Ghaziabad mein kaisa hai? Unki promised amenities vs actual delivery ka kya scene hai? Especially clubhouse aur green areas. Maintenance charges kitne lagte hain aur service worth it hai kya? Is it really worth the premium?

Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Looking at Divyansh Pratham. How's their construction quality after a year? Any seepage issues? Do promised amenities actually deliver for resale?

Divyansh Pratham mein investor ratio kaafi high lag raha hai, honestly not feeling great about it. Just got possession last month, it's nice but society mein end-users kam dikh rahe hain. Isse resale potential pe kya impact padega 5-7 saal mein? Capital appreciation ke liye liya tha, but ab thoda darr lag raha hai ghost society na ban jaye. Koi aur hai yahan jisko same experience ho raha hai ya ghalat soch raha hoon?
