DLF Alameda SPR: Is this a good long-term investment?

Came across this video about DLF Alameda Central on Main SPR, Sector 73, Gurugram. DLF projects are usually solid, but I'm looking at this purely from an investment angle. Kya lagta hai, future appreciation kitni ho sakti hai yahan? Rental yield bhi important hai for me. Current pricing seems a bit high, but maybe SPR's growth potential justifies it?
