DLF Aralias: Parking & security for tenants?

₹13.5 Cr for a flat in DLF The Aralias sounds great on paper for rental yield, but I'm based in Dubai and can't do site visits easily. My main worry is the daily reality for tenants. Parking allocation, yaar, is it a fair, reserved system or that lottery-based nightmare we hear about? What about guest parking? Also, security systems – CCTV coverage, visitor management, guard quality – kitna effective hai? Will tenants face constant hassle with entry/exit?
