DLF Arbour: Gurgaon mein itna price theek hai?

Kya kisi ne DLF Arbour ka latest video dekha hai? Sector 63, Gurugram mein hai yeh project. They're asking ₹8.50 Cr onwards for a 4BHK+Utility, around 3956 sqft. Specs jaise low density, 85% open space, aur Zone 5 seismic structure toh impressive hain. But for an under-construction project with possession by 2029, isn't that a bit steep? What do you guys think about the value-for-money here?

Yaar, ₹8.50 Cr for an under-construction project in Sector 63? Bahut zyada nahi lag raha? Mera toh budget hi hil gaya sunke.

Totally agree, bhai. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh yeh unreachable hai. Itna paisa block karna for so many years makes me nervous.
