Launched in March 2015, possessions began from December 2017 for its 429 units across 9 towers on 16 acres. My primary interest was in the actual possession process and what residents experienced post-handover. From what I've gathered, the initial handover was largely smooth, aligning with DLF's reputation, though some early buyers noted minor paperwork delays. Delivery quality, given the price point, is generally high, with premium finishes expected and mostly delivered. However, the true test lies in the snag list experience. While DLF's teams were active, some residents reported varying response times for rectifications, particularly for more intricate issues. Lifestyle and livability feedback is quite positive. The amenities and community aspect are a major draw. Maintenance standards appear to be maintained, which is crucial for such a high-end development. It seems the premium price does translate into a distinct living experience, but diligence during the snagging phase is key for any new owner.
