DLF Capital Greens - worth it in Karampura?
That DLF Capital Greens video got me thinking... those studio apartments look kinda compact, but the location near Shivaji Marg is good. I'm looking for something in Delhi, maybe around that budget. What's the real deal with DLF construction quality, though? Is it worth the premium, or am I better off looking elsewhere? Any Capital Greens residents here with honest opinions? Kya bolte ho?

Bhai, premium toh theek hai, but DLF sometimes has this reputation of delays. Capital Greens is already completed, thankfully. But if I'm looking at their other ongoing projects, how can I be sure they won't delay possession again? This RERA number helps, but kya yeh builders sach mein rules follow karte hain? Mera ek friend Anand Niketan mein phasa hua hai aise hi.
Totally agree! RERA is a good step, but enforcement can be slow. My friend also faced delays with another builder, even with RERA. For Capital Greens, since it
Delays toh har builder ka common issue hai, RERA se bhi pura control nahi hota.
My uncle lives in a DLF property in Gurugram, and the construction quality is generally good, no major issues in 5 years. But yes, maintaining that standard in a project with 2856 units is a different ball game. Capital Greens was completed in 2017, so it's not new. Have you checked out the resale market there? Sometimes you get a better deal.
DLF Capital Greens ka price range dekha hai? ₹1.9 Cr se shuru hoke ₹9.0 Cr tak jaa raha hai! For a first-time buyer like me, itna budget stretch karna mushkil hai, even for a good location. Usse achha toh Alaknanda mein kuch mil jayega shayad. RERA number DLRERA2018P0004 hai, so legally it's sorted, but value for money ka kya?
You're right about the price. ₹1.9 Cr for a studio or a small 1BHK is a lot, especially when it was completed in 2017. For that amount, you can find much larger properties in areas like Aram Bagh, though connectivity might be a bit different. The RERA number is good, but past performance of the builder also matters.
That price range is crazy for studios, even in Delhi. Alaknanda mein definitely better options milenge for that budget, maybe even a 2BHK. Capital Greens ka premium sirf location ka hai, ya kuch aur bhi?
Sahi baat hai, budget mein toh bahut difference hai!
Yaar, I saw that video too! Location wise, it's really good, especially for connectivity. Shivaji Marg se access achha hai. But haan, studio apartments are always a bit small, that's just how they are. DLF ka naam toh hai, but premium itna hai ki sochne pe majboor kar deta hai. Quality ke liye log pay karte hain, but sometimes it feels like just the brand name. Kya lagta hai, worth it hai kya?
I agree with the point about paying for the brand. My cousin bought a flat in a DLF project near Ansal Villas a few years back, and while the finishings were good, the maintenance charges are insane! And for a completed project like Capital Greens, you need to check the current maintenance society's track record too, not just the builder's.
Exactly! Location acchi hai but studio apartments ka space is a big concern. Plus, the premium for DLF often means you're paying for the name, not always superior quality compared to other good builders.
Haan bhai, worth it toh nahi lagta itna premium, brand ke naam pe hi bech rahe hain.
