Dwarka keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Currently in a 2BHK near Sector 10, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe ₹2.5-3 Cr budget. Already have a home loan, so EMI ka scene pata hai. I'm looking at Godrej and DLF projects, specially around Vasant Kunj ya Saket. But yaar, construction quality ko lekar bahut tension hai. DLF ki projects mein kya actual mein finishing aur material acha hota hai after possession? Ya sirf marketing hai? Aur Godrej ke amenities ka kya scene hai in reality? Jo brochure mein dikhate hain, wohi milta hai ya sirf swimming pool naam ka hota hai? Is this price jump for a 3BHK really worth it given their delivery? Any experiences with their post-possession issues?
