Sohna Golf Course Road projects, just moved into my DLF flat last month. Construction quality mein kuch issues hain, honestly. M3M ka track record kaisa hai? Resale value ke liye kaunsa better hai?

Bhai, totally feel you! I was also looking at DLF properties near Sohna Road and heard mixed reviews about the newer constructions. M3M ke Sohna projects mein kya scene hai? Especially the ones closer to the main highway?
Sahi keh rahe ho. M3M ki reputation Badshahpur side bhi kuch khaas nahi hai. Promises bahut bade karte hain, delivery mein gadbad. Sohna mein bhi same pattern follow ho raha hoga.
M3M ke Sohna projects mein, especially the ones like M3M Soulitude or M3M Antalya, construction speed toh theek hai but quality checks are a big concern. RERA registration numbers dekhoge toh timelines extensions common hain. Ek friend ne Soulitude mein book kiya tha, abhi tak possession nahi mila, delayed by almost 8 months already. Pricing they offered initially was good, but delays just add to the interest burden.
