DLF Crest Mohali investors: What's the ground reality?

DLF The Crest Mohali ka rental yield expectations se thoda kam lag raha hai. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, you know? Kya actual mein wahan 12-15 Cr ki property pe 1.5-2% bhi milta hai? Yaar, secondary market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Jab exit karna ho toh buyer milte hain easily? I'm worried about the investor-to-end-user ratio, kahin ghost society na ban jaye. Koi insights hai kya?

Bhai, exactly mere bhi yahi concerns hain. Crest ka naam sunke laga tha high-end hai, but after seeing the numbers, I'm super nervous. 12-15 Cr investment pe 1.5% yield toh FD se bhi kam hai! Liquidity ka darr toh sabse bada hai, especially for such high-ticket properties.

Totally agree with U1. Gurugram mein bhi luxury segment mein rental yield bahut pressure mein hai aajkal, especially post-pandemic. High maintenance
