Watched this video on DLF's new 200-acre project in Delhi. They're talking about luxury high-rises, a massive green park, and a mall – sounds ambitious. I'm wondering about the investment potential, especially comparing it to how DLF transformed Gurugram. Do we think this Delhi development can offer similar long-term appreciation and rental yields?
