posted on 17 MayDLF Floors Gurugram: Is Metro Access Really Good?
Anyone checked out the new DLF Independent Floors video? They're really pushing the connectivity angle, talking about NH-48, Mehrauli-Gurugram Road, and metro stations like MG Road/Sikanderpur being nearby. Honestly, it sounds great on paper for Gurugram. But I'm wondering, is the daily commute really that smooth from DLF Phase 1-4? What's your take on the actual traffic and metro access in that area?

₹2.2 Cr – ₹9.
DLF ka naam toh hai, aur 1946 se hain market mein. Quality toh acchi hogi. But yeh jo price range hai ₹2.2 Cr – ₹9.8 Cr, usme kya amenities mil rahi hain? And is the possession date of 2024-11-01 realistic given current construction delays in other projects? Kisi ko inside info hai on their current construction pace?
Amenities toh standard hi hongi for DLF, it's more about the DLF tag and location. Price is steep for what they offer on paper!
DLF ka naam hai but abhi bhi delays hote hain. Mere friend ka project bhi late hua tha, even with a RERA number (GGM/509/241/2021/77 for this one). Builder delays toh common hain, especially post-pandemic. Amenities list check karni padegi, is price range mein expectations high hain, I'd expect top-notch finishes and smart home features.
Metro station paas mein hai toh kya hua, MG Road tak pahuchne mein hi 30 min lag jaate hain peak hours mein. Phir wahan se metro pakdo. Yeh connectivity sab dikhawa hai, actual traffic bahut zyada hai Phase 1-4 mein. I've been stuck near Sikanderpur for ages.
Yaar, itna bhi bura nahi hai. Agar office time se thoda pehle niklo ya odd hours mein travel karo, it's manageable. Plus, once the Dwarka Expressway is fully operational, it might ease up a bit. Metro access is still a big plus if you plan your day.
Totally agree! I live near Basai and even getting to NH-48 is a nightmare. Gurugram ka traffic din-ba-din badhta ja raha hai. DLF floors ki location acchi hai but traffic is a killer.
