Construction quality kaisi hoti hai inki? Pehle ke projects mein possession delays ka issue rehta hai kya? Ya inki delivery time pe hoti hai? Koi apna experience batao, yaar.

Guys, maine RERA website pe check kiya. DLF Garden City Enclave ka RERA number GGM/658/390/2023/02 hai. Aur jo possession date di hai woh 2028-10-01 hai. Yeh toh bahut late nahi hai? Abhi 2024 chal raha hai, matlab 4 saal se bhi zyada ka wait. Is it common for ongoing projects?
2.1 Cr mein 4 saal ka wait? Thoda zyada lag raha hai. Kya itna appreciation milega tab tak?
Exactly! Aur Gurugram mein current market conditions bhi aisi hain ki labour aur approvals mein delays common hain. Builder bhi cash flow manage karne ke liye sometimes extend karte hain. Toh 2028-10-01 is just a placeholder, in my opinion.
U8, 4 saal ka wait ongoing projects ke liye normal hai. Par DLF jaise bade builders ke bhi extensions hote hain. Yeh toh bas initial date hai, expect 6-12 mahine extra.
DLF established 1946 se hai, toh inki experience toh hai. Maine ek inka project dekha tha Badshahpur ke paas, quality wise toh kaafi solid laga tha. Maybe Garden City Enclave mein bhi maintain karenge standards.
U6, woh DLF New Town Heights tha, Basai ke paas. Time pe toh nahi keh sakte, 3-4 mahine upar-neeche ho gaya tha, but overall finish accha tha. Possession date 2028-10-01 hai Garden City Enclave ki, toh kaafi time hai abhi.

Bade naam ka matlab yeh nahi ki sab smooth hoga. Mere ek relative ne DLF ki property li thi Airport Road side, 6 mahine delay ho gaya tha. Quality toh theek thi, but woh wait time bahut stressful tha.
Guarantee toh koi builder nahi deta bhai. But DLF ka naam bada hai, toh thoda trust factor rehta hai. Par haan, delays toh sunne mein aaye hain inke bhi.
