Just watched a tour of DLF Garden City's G Block low-rise floors. The 3/4/5 BHK layouts look spacious, and the amenities like private floors and lift are nice. It's near Dwarka Exp, which is a plus. But honestly, I'm trying to figure out if it offers better value than other projects in Gurugram right now. What do you all think about its pricing compared to other low-rise or even high-rise options in the vicinity? Any other good alternatives to consider?

Overall, DLF Gardencity Arcade is completed and DLF is a trusted name, so no builder risk. But the 2.1 Cr price tag for 3/4/5 BHK is definitely on the higher side for a low-rise, especially when you compare per sqft with some other ready-to-move options. If budget is tight, then thoda aur explore kar lo, maybe something in Basai ya Baliawas ke paas mil jaye jahan appreciation potential bhi ho and you get more space for your money.
Dekho, G Block is good but at 2.1 Cr, you're competing with some decent high-rise options in sectors near Airport Road, Gurgaon side. Even in Badshahpur, you get bigger plots or independent floors for similar or slightly less. Market abhi thoda unstable hai, Gurugram mein prices peak par lag rahe hain for sure.
Depends U8, on your preference. High-rise mein amenities zyada hoti hain like big clubhouses, but low-rise mein privacy aur independent feel alag hai. G Block mein sirf 100 units hain, toh exclusivity bhi hai. High-rise mein maintenance bhi high hota hai generally.

Bhai, DLF ka track record toh accha hai, established since 1946, they're a legacy builder. Aur G Block mein private floor aur lift, that's a luxury. Value for money toh lagta hai considering the builder's reputation and the exclusivity.
