Saw a video on DLF Garden City, Sec 91/92 Gurgaon's 4BHK low-rise floors (270 sq yard). DLF's brand and Dwarka Expressway location look solid for growth. I'm weighing its investment potential. What are your thoughts on rental yields for luxury floors there? Is the current pricing for these 4BHKs justified for future appreciation, or is it too high for decent ROI?
