DLF Garden City S93 possession timeline, kya lagta hai?

Mujhe DLF Garden City Sector 93 Gurgaon ka video mila. Looks like it's still under construction. I'm really worried about the possession timeline. Builder projects mein delays common hain, but DLF ka track record kaisa hai? Has anyone bought into similar DLF projects? Timelines usually meet ho jaati hain ya always late hota hai? Kya aap logon ko lagta hai yeh project time pe deliver hoga?
