₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in DLF Gardencity Arcade sounds okay, but I'm worried about what you actually get. My wife wants to know if the promised amenities, especially kids' play areas, are really usable or just for show? Bachchon ke liye safety aur space bahut important hai. Also, maintenance charges kitne lagte hain aur service quality kaisi hai? Is it worth the money ya sirf bill aata hai? Thinking about our growing family, don't want to regret later.

Meri ek friend ne Badshahpur mein ek project liya tha, wahan bhi amenities ke naam pe sirf ek chota sa park tha. Builder bolta hai club house banega, but 2 saal ho gaye, abhi tak foundation bhi nahi khoda. So, DLF Gardencity Arcade ke case mein, since it's COMPLETED and possession given, you can actually go and check. Don't rely on brochures. Physically visit the site, talk to existing residents about the maintenance quality and the actual usability of all promised facilities. That's the only way to know for sure.
I visited a couple of months ago. The common areas looked well-maintained from what I saw. The gym was okay, not super high-end but functional.
