Completed projects like DLF Gardencity Enclave often hide maintenance headaches. I'm looking at a 3BHK here for myself, and honestly, after years in real estate, I know what builders don't tell you. Is this project genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas paper pe acha lagta hai? Amenities ka kya scene hai? Wo swimming pool ya club house bas dikhane ke liye hai ya actual mein log use karte hain? Society ka mahol kaisa hai, friendly hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Schools, market access – especially kids ke liye, important hai. What's the actual ground reality for daily life and community vibe? Jo log wahan reh rahe hain, unka real experience kya hai? Is it worth the ₹1.53-1.96 Cr price tag for actual livability?

Totally agree with the OP! DLF properties are usually good on paper but maintenance charges can be a killer later. My friend bought in a similar completed project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) and regretted not checking the society's monthly expenses beforehand. Is it really worth ₹1.5 Cr+ if you're stuck with huge bills every month?
