Honestly, I thought downsizing would be simpler. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Looking at DLF Gardencity Enclave. Completed project hai, but daily life ke liye kaisa hai? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain? Aur neighbourhood mein hospitals kaise hain? Community vibe friendly hai kya?
