Came across this video for a 4BHK floor in DLF Grove, Phase 5. Looks super premium yaar, especially with that top floor terrace and Camellias view. It's fully furnished too, which is a plus. My main concern is always the possession timeline with these big projects. DLF ka track record kaisa hai in terms of delivery for such luxury floors? Anyone here bought from DLF Grove ya similar DLF Phase 5 projects? Kya time pe mil jaata hai, ya delays common hain?

Totally agree with U2! Mera bhi same haal hai. We looked at some properties near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) earlier, and even smaller builders were quoting 2-3 year delays. DLF toh established hai, but big projects often get stuck. What's the RERA possession date for Grove, does anyone know?
