Property prices in DLF Independent Floors Phase I have jumped 15% in two years. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site inspections myself. Kya promised amenities, like that big clubhouse, actually deliver? Or is it just a brochure thing? And after possession, construction quality mein kitne issues aate hain – like fitting problems or seepage? Need ground reality.

Bhai, amenities ka to chhod hi do. DLF projects mein bahut common hai ki brochure mein kuch aur dikhate hain aur reality kuch aur. Especially for Independent Floors, space constraints hote hain. GGM/547/279/2022/22 RERA number hai, check kiya hai. Clubhouse bhi bas naam ka hota hai kayi baar.
Sahi kaha, mere dost ne bhi DLF ka ek project liya tha, amenities bas photo mein achi lagti hain.
