DLF Independent Floors: Amenities aur daily life kaisi hai?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — but ab DLF Independent Floors ko lekar kaafi confusion hai. I'm looking at a 3BHK, maybe around 2.5-3 Cr range. Builder ki reputation toh achhi hai, but I'm worried about daily living. Jo amenities brochure mein dikhte hain, like the club house and gym, woh actually useful hain ya bas show-off? Yaar, sometimes they look great on paper but maintenance issues ho jaate hain. Also, independent floors mein carpet area kitna efficient hota hai? Main nahi chahta ki bahut sara space wastage ho. My parents keep saying check the actual usable area, not just super built-up. Noise levels ka kya scene hai wahan? Anyone living there already? Should I be looking at something else in this price bracket?
