DLF Independent Floors: My ROI calculation confusion

Since last year, I've been closely watching DLF Independent Floors for investment. Meri last two properties ne acha ROI diya, but Gurugram ka scene alag hai. Capital appreciation potential kitna hai; price launch se kitna move hua? High entry point (₹2.22 Cr+) dekh kar, realistic rental yield kitni ban sakti hai? Not sure if the resale market liquid enough hai for a quick exit. Seeking opinions, is long-term wealth creation possible here?
