DLF Independent Floors: Real livability issues?

Since January, I'm eyeing DLF Independent Floors, Phase III. Amenities lagte hain bas show-off. Noise, air quality ka kya scene hai daily living mein? Is it genuinely a good home? Change my mind.

Yaar, ₹5.6 Cr se ₹8.2 Cr for independent floors? This is crazy expensive for a first-time buyer like me. Is it even worth it considering the area and these potential issues? My budget is already stretched.

Totally agree, bhai. Phase III mein traffic ka bhi issue rehta hai, noise toh pakka hoga. Gurgaon mein air quality ka toh kya hi kehna, sab jagah construction chal rahi hai. Livability ke terms mein mujhe bhi doubt hai.
