DLF Independent Floors: Real price trend vs listed price?
Gurugram's independent floors are hitting crazy price points right now. I'm looking at DLF Independent Floors, the ₹2.22 Cr–₹9.80 Cr range. From my experience, the listed price doesn't always reflect real capital appreciation. Matlab, what's the actual price trend since launch for these? Has anyone seen solid growth ya it's more stagnant? Also, for an ongoing project, RERA compliance aur OC status ka kya scene hai? Investor perspective se, is it fairly valued for long-term wealth creation? Any insights on its price movement?
