DLF Kings Court mein jo log rehte hain, daily life experience kaisa hai? Kids ke school access aur neighbourhood safety kaisa hai? Brochure mein amenities toh bahut dikhti hain, but actual mein kitni useful hain for families? Society ka vibe friendly hai ya isolated? My wife is worried about genuine livability.

So, overall, for a family with young kids, is it a 'go' or a 'no-go' if we somehow manage the budget? Safety and school are my top priorities.
DLF Kings Court is definitely a premium property. For families, the amenities are top-notch on paper, but the real question is how many families with kids actually live there. It's only 57 units, so it's a very exclusive, low-density community. Is that a good thing or bad for kids looking for playmates? Also, given current market conditions in Delhi, is this price still justifiable for a property that got possession in 2017?
Justifiable? I don't think so, especially if your primary concern is a family-friendly environment and not just status. For that budget, you can get a house in Alaknanda with a private garden, which would be way better for kids. Kings Court is more about exclusivity and less about a typical family vibe, from what I've heard.
Exactly, that's the dilemma. For such a high price point, you'd expect a buzzing community, but 57 units means it's quite isolated. Kids might struggle to find peers within the society itself. As for the price justification, the market has seen some corrections, but premium properties in prime locations like this tend to hold value. However, for a first-time buyer, the entry barrier is huge, and the resale market for such super-luxury units can be niche. You could get a much larger plot in Anand Niketan for that kind of money.
Sahi keh rahe ho, price toh out of reach hai for most. But DLF ka naam hai, toh quality expect kar sakte hain. But what about the RERA status? Is it cleared properly? Koi issues toh nahi the possession mein?
2017 mein possession? Toh log already reh rahe hain wahan. Koi existing resident ka experience sunne ko mile toh best hoga.
Haan, RERA status clean hai. DLRERA2020A0001 hai iska number. Project completed hai aur possession bhi 2017-12-01 ko mil chuka tha. Toh us front pe koi tension nahi hai, paperwork wise it's solid.
Price range dekha aapne? ₹12.7 Cr se ₹40.9 Cr! Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh ye sapna hi hai. Matlab, ye discussion hamare liye relevant bhi hai kya?
Guys, DLF Kings Court ke baare mein genuine feedback chahiye. Hum log first-time buyers hain aur family ke liye dekh rahe. Brochure mein toh sab gold dikhta hai, but actual mein daily life experience kaisa hai wahan? Kids ke school access aur neighbourhood safety kitni real hai? My wife is really worried about genuine livability for our children. Kya society ka vibe friendly hai ya sab apne-apne mein rehte hain?
Family ke liye itna high price point? Bhai, budget-conscious first-time buyer ke liye toh ye option hi nahi lag raha. Price range sunke hi darr lag raha hai!
Safety toh theek hai, gated community hai. Kids ke school access ke liye, nearby good schools hain but traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours. Meri sister Ansal Villas mein rehti hai, wahan bhi same problem hai. Kings Court ka biggest issue for families is the sheer size of the units and the price tag. It's not really designed for a typical nuclear family looking for a 'community' feel, more for ultra-luxury living. Think about your long-term needs.
Bhai, livability ke maamle mein, amenities brochure mein jitni bhi dikhayein, most of them are underutilized ya phir maintenance issues rehte hain. Kings Court mein swimming pool aur gym toh hai, but family activities ke liye space limited hai. Vibe is okay, not super friendly, more on the private side. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves.
