posted on 25 MayDLF Kings Court residents: Any possession experience insights?
Honestly, moving into DLF Kings Court was an eye-opener. Possession was in March, and things nobody told me about the actual handover process were wild. The carpet area versus super area felt like a shock when I actually moved in and started placing furniture. Did anyone else find the actual usable space a bit... different from what was shown on paper? I'm talking about the practical livability, not just fancy brochures. What were your experiences with the final walkthrough and minor adjustments after moving in? Any hidden snags people should look out for?

Bhai, DLF Kings Court ki baat kar rahe ho? The one in GK? Uska toh official possession 2017 mein ho gaya tha, December 1st, 2017 ko. Aapko abhi March mein possession kaise mila? Yaar, same pinch! Carpet area ka shock toh sabko lagta hai. Mera bhi yahi haal hua, so much space just vanishes. Builders play a lot on super area.
