DLF Magnolias: Actual amenity usage after moving in

Just moved into DLF Magnolias about three months ago, and honestly, some things are different than what I expected. The brochure makes all the amenities sound amazing, but I'm finding that not all of them get used much, or the maintenance isn't quite what you'd hope for the price. For example, the squash courts are great, but the indoor pool area sometimes feels a bit neglected. It's not bad, just not 'perfect'. Also, for such a high-end society, I'm still trying to figure out the community vibe. Is it just me, or does everyone kind of keep to themselves? I was hoping for a bit more interaction, maybe some society events. The apartment layout is super efficient though, can't complain there. But what about noise? Sometimes I hear more construction or traffic than I thought I would. Anyone else living here or in similar luxury projects in Gurgaon feel the same? Wondering if I'm just nitpicking or if this is common. Hope this helps anyone considering a move here.
