DLF Magnolias: Is the premium just on paper?

Honestly, I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Considering DLF Magnolias, that price tag is insane, but is the daily living experience genuinely premium? Matlab, community vibe kaisi hai? Is it too isolated ya friendly? Aur maintenance charges ka real scene kya hai? Brochure figures toh kuch aur hote hain, but residents ka actual monthly burden kitna aata hai? I'm looking for straight answers, not sales pitch.
