DLF maintenance in Sector 65 is a complete sham

Just moved into my 3BHK last month and the RWA charges are insane, plus service quality zero. Pani ka issue, lift kharab... things nobody told me before buying. Mera ₹3 Cr ka investment waste lag raha hai. Anyone else facing this with DLF? Kya karein?

Oh god, this is scary. I was considering DLF projects in Badshahpur because of their brand name. But ₹3 Cr for this kind of service? What exactly are these RWA charges for?

Yaar, totally relate. Mera bhi DLF mein hi hai, but Sector 92 mein. Maintenance charges high hain aur services kaafi average. Lift ka issue toh common hai. Lagta hai sab builders ka yahi haal hai after possession. Kya karein, investment toh ho gayi.
