DLF Moulsari Enclave: Real talk on amenity delivery?

Visited DLF Moulsari Enclave last weekend, brochure mein toh sab gold dikhta hai. But actual delivery kitni different hoti hai, Gurugram projects mein? Investors, aapka experience kya raha hai with promised amenities vs what you actually got at possession? Meri biggest worry hai ki brochure mein bade-bade green areas dikhte hain, but real mein cramped towers ke beech small patch hota hai kya? Does this affect resale value and tenant attraction? Aur clubhouse facilities, like gym ya pool, log actually use karte hain ya bas showpiece hote hain? Ab samajh nahi aa raha ki high maintenance charges ke baad bhi, yeh amenities worth it hain ya nahi. Aap logon ka kya experience hai Gurugram projects mein? Is it worth paying a premium for these if they're not fully delivered or used? Kya lagta hai?
