DLF New Town Heights S91: Builder quality check?

What are your experiences with DLF projects, especially in Gurgaon? I saw this video of a 3BHK at New Town Heights, Sector 91 (1920 sqft, 1st floor, east facing). The flat looks decent, good sunlight and garden views. But I'm honestly more concerned about the builder's past. DLF has a big name, but I've heard mixed things regarding their deliveries. Are their ready-to-move projects usually well-finished? Any issues with possession timelines or construction quality for earlier phases? Would appreciate any real experiences.
