DLF One Midtown: Real experiences in Moti Nagar?
Has anyone actually visited DLF One Midtown? I caught a video on it and the luxury apartments and amenities look impressive. They're pushing it as a big deal for West Delhi, which traditionally isn't known for this kind of premium. I'm personally considering it, but I'm not sure about the location for such high-end living. Is the connectivity really that great? What are people's honest opinions on the pricing and actual build quality compared to what's shown?

I heard some people saying the location is actually a hidden gem because of its central connectivity to North and South Delhi without the South Delhi price tag. But the 'luxury' tag is making me nervous. For a first home, I'm looking for something more practical, maybe a 2BHK. But the minimum here is already so high. What are other good options in West Delhi that are not this premium?
My broker told me that with current market conditions in Delhi, especially for premium properties, prices are only going to go up. He said DLF is a very reliable builder, established in 1946, so delays are less likely. But then again, he's a broker, so I take it with a pinch of salt. Is DLF's track record really that good for on-time delivery?
I visited the site last month. The sample flat was amazing, no doubt. Build quality *inside* looked top-notch, as expected from DLF. But the price range, starting at ₹3.2 Cr, for a project where possession is only by July 2026, feels like a long wait for your money to be locked. And about the RERA number, it's DLRERA2021P0007, confirmed.
Good to know about the build quality, U6. But 913 units in total, that's a lot of apartments. How will the common amenities handle that many residents? And that 3.2 Cr price tag, is that for a 2BHK or 3BHK? I couldn't find exact details easily.

Bhai, I also saw their ads. Moti Nagar for 3.2 Cr minimum, that's steep yaar. My cousin lives near Anand Vihar and he says even there, prices are not this crazy for a new project. DLF ka brand hai, no doubt, but is it worth the premium for that location? I'm worried about resale value later on.
Exactly my thoughts, U2! My budget is around 2.5 Cr and even that feels like a stretch. West Delhi mein toh this kind of luxury is new. Connectivity is decent with the metro nearby, but the area itself, outside the complex, is still Moti Nagar. Will it really become a 'premium hub' like they claim?
