Moved into Palm Floor DLF Phase 3. Layout feels challenging. Carpet area fine, but rooms feel oddly shaped. Furniture tough. Anyone else find the floor-plan impractical for daily living?

Totally agree with the original post! My cousin bought a unit in Palm Floors last year, and the living room is so awkwardly shaped. They tried every furniture arrangement, but it just doesn't flow. The kitchen is also quite compact for a flat of this price range. It's completed, yes, but practicality ke naam pe zero. Bohot soch samajh ke lena chahiye.
Haan yaar, specifically dining table place karna mushkil hai. Either it blocks the passage or feels squeezed. My friend faced the same in their unit.
Bhai, jab 8.9 Cr ka flat hai toh layout mein compromise kaise ho sakta hai? I always thought DLF projects are top-notch. Yeh sunke toh aur darr lag raha hai, hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye itna bada investment hai.
But kuch log toh keh rahe hain ki location bahut prime hai, toh thoda adjust karna padta hai. Plus, DLF ka maintenance bhi toh better hota hai, right? Uska bhi toh value hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Basai mein bhi ek project dekha tha, similar issues. Brand name pe trust karna mushkil ho gaya hai.
