Kya aap logon ko lagta hai DLF Phase 1 mein aisi luxury 4 BHK worth it hai? Just dekha ek tour video 500 sq yd park facing ghar ka. Interiors aur space, sab kuch next level hai. Yeh DLF Garden Estate mein hai, I'm just wondering about the overall value proposition. Gurgaon mein is budget range mein aur kya options milte hain? Aapki kya opinion hai?

Yaar, 500 sq yd DLF Phase 1 mein sunne mein toh bahut accha lagta hai, but budget mein kaise aayega? Luxury toh theek hai, but is it really worth spending crores when you're a first-time buyer? Garden Estate projects ka maintenance bhi suna hai bahut high hota hai. Kya options hain iske comparison mein Gurugram mein?
