Pehle kuch aur sectors dekhe, but DLF Phase 1 ki reputation achhi lag rahi. Site visit mushkil hai, toh ground reality chahiye. Brokers toh 'prime location' bolte hain. But agar kal ko bechna pade, kitni liquidity hai wahaan? Is it easy to find genuine buyers ya fir discounts dene padte hain? Monsoon mein waterlogging ka suna hai older areas mein. DLF Phase 1 mein drainage ka kya haal hai? Property value affect na ho jaye. Koi resident bata sakta hai actual experience, especially resales aur monsoon drainage?
