Sab log DLF Phase 2 ki location aur brand value pe marte hain, but Sunder Luxury Floors mein amenities ke naam pe kuch hai bhi kya? I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade. Pyramid Palm County, even with its lower price, seems to offer more actual usable facilities. Is that premium just for the address? Change my mind.

Totally agree with you, bhai! DLF Phase 2 is all about the address, not the actual living experience. We also checked Sunder Luxury Floors, and for that price, the amenities were seriously lacking. It felt like paying a premium just for the 'DLF' tag.
