DLF Phase 2 Plots: Is the pricing justified?
Found an interesting video about DLF Phase 2, Gurugram pricing. They covered plots and luxury 4BHK/5BHK floors. Honestly, the costs per sq. yd and total investment figures seemed pretty high, even for such a prime location near Cyber Hub. I'm wondering if those prices are really justified. Is the appreciation potential and rental yield actually strong enough to make it good value? What do you all think about investing there now?
