Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices in DLF Phase 2. Ab I'm seriously looking, but resale market ka kya scene hai? Agar 5-7 saal baad sell karna pada, will I get good ROI? My parents say it's too old but metro connectivity is great. Is it still a smart investment?

Sahi kaha, bhai. My parents also have similar doubts. But for rentability, Phase 2 is golden, especially with so many offices nearby. That's a solid plus
