DLF Phase 2: Sunder Luxury Floors ka premium worth it hai kya?

Been looking for a while now and I'm seriously considering Sunder Luxury Floors in DLF Phase 2. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 56, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here. The ₹3.80 Cr price tag is a big jump, already have a home loan, so I need to be sure. Yaar, is it genuinely a good place for daily living? Matlab, neighbourhood ka kya scene hai? Schools, markets, hospitals paas mein hain kya? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly community hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? I don't want to just pay a premium for the DLF name, you know? Is the actual daily life experience worth it, ya sirf paper pe hi accha lagta hai? Any current residents can share their experience?
