Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in DLF Phase 2. Honestly, the green cover aur parks dekh ke toh accha laga, seems like a proper established area. But as someone jo real estate mein hai, I know what builders don't tell you. My main concern is the daily grind. Traffic ka kya haal hai peak hours mein, especially from Cyber City? Is it a total nightmare ya manageable? Also, water supply ka issue hai kya wahan? Municipal water milta hai regularly ya tanker pe depend karna padta hai? Infra quality regarding older buildings, not sure. Are the parks actually well-maintained for walks? Anyone living here, please share your real experience. Planning to buy, so any off-the-record advice on these points would be super helpful.

Yaar, Cyber City se traffic ka toh poora darr hai. Main Sector 56 se aata hoon aur subah-shaam wahi haal rehta hai. DLF Phase 2 ka suna hai ki connectivity toh achhi hai, but peak hours mein toh Gurgaon ka har area choked rehta hai. Mera friend wahaan rehta hai, usne bataya ki water supply ka bhi thoda issue rehta hai, RO filter lagwana pada tha usko. Municipal water regular nahi aata kya wahan? Budget mein hai area but yeh daily issues soch ke tension ho rahi hai.
