DLF Phase 2: water supply aur RWA ka kya scene hai?
Did a site visit to a couple of resale flats in DLF Phase 2 yesterday and it got me thinking. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ball game. I know what builders don't tell you about new projects, but for established areas like Phase 2, it's about the ground reality. Water supply ka kya haal hai? Is it municipal, or borewell pe dependency zyada hai? Aur RWA ka kya scene hai? Maintenance charges are high, I know, but are they actually doing anything useful? For resale value, these things matter a lot, especially for future appreciation. Is the resale market still strong here, given the age of the properties? Any hidden costs people discovered after moving in? Would love some honest opinions, off the record of course.

Totally feel you on this! Buying for yourself is a different kind of stress. I'm looking at Sector 56 side, and even there, water is a huge concern. DLF Phase 2 is prime location, no doubt, but the age of properties does make you wonder about infrastructure. What about power backup? Is it reliable?
Exactly! Power backup is crucial. Phase 2 mein toh demand high hogi na?
