Since March I've been living in DLF Phase 3 and it's been quite a ride. Daily commute to Cyber City is manageable, but internal phase traffic, especially near the main roads, can be a proper nightmare. Things nobody told me about water supply: municipal water is mostly okay, but sometimes borewell ka sahara lena padta hai. Am I the only one facing this? Maintenance charges feel a bit high for what we get, honestly. RWA effectiveness yahan kaisi hai, what's everyone's experience? Is it just my society or overall DLF Phase areas mein yahi haal hai?

Yaar, totally relate to this! DLF Phase 3 mein traffic toh ek alag hi level ka nightmare hai. Cyber City commute toh phir bhi manage ho jaata hai early morning, but internal roads pe shaam ko nikalna matlab time waste. Water supply ka issue toh summer mein aur badh jaata hai, borewell ka sahara lena padta hai frequently. Main toh first-time buyer hoon, aur yeh sab sunke lagta hai kya fas gaya main.
