Since shifting to DLF Phase 5 two months ago, daily commute to Cyber City feels hectic. Is the traffic always this bad, ya main galat time pe nikalta hoon? Maintenance charges kaafi high hain, not sure if RWA justifies it. What's the actual ground reality for water supply and power cuts here long-term?

Yaar, I was just thinking of buying in DLF Phase 5 for Cyber City proximity, but your post is making me rethink. Commute toh sunn ke hi darr lag raha hai. Maintenance charges kitne high hain, can you give an idea? Is it really worth it for a first-time buyer like me?
Maintenance toh har jagah high ho gaya hai. But is it just Phase 5, or are other areas like Badshahpur also facing similar issues with high charges and basic amenities?
Totally agree. Cyber City traffic is a nightmare from any direction, but Phase 5 se bhi? Yikes.
