Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Just got possession of my 3BHK in DLF Phase 5 last month. The super area vs carpet area difference is wild; my usable space feels so much less than what was advertised. Did anyone else feel cheated by this? Also, Ameya Group didn't offer any real spot discounts even after long talks. How much can you actually negotiate?
