DLF Phase I prices: Is daily life worth the premium?

₹3 crore for a 3BHK in DLF Phase I — is this really justified now? I work in real estate, but for my own buy, it's different. Builders always talk about 'premium location,' but what's the actual resident life like day-to-day? Matlab, traffic ka kya haal hai peak hours mein? Is it a nightmare ya manageable? Not sure if the price premium is worth the daily commute struggle. Any residents here, off the record, share your experience?
