DLF Phase IV RERA: Is their compliance truly solid?

Had my agent visit DLF Independent Floors Phase IV in Sohna last week, and the pricing, ₹3.05-3.99 Cr, seems competitive. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a physical inspection myself. My main concern is the RERA compliance and clear legal status for this project. As an investor, I need confidence in the possession timeline and proper documentation, especially since I'll rely on a power of attorney. What's the ground reality on their RERA standing and expected delivery, any delays there?
