Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa for investment. Everyone glorifies completed projects like DLF Pink Town House for security, but honestly, isn't the real capital appreciation already done? With prices at ₹1.74-2.12 Cr, kya resale potential bacha hai? Aur rental yield bhi kitna hi hoga? Seems like the early buyers made all the money. Is this premium justified now? Change my mind.
